      Also, for all y'all that complain about my lack of activity, here's this fun rundown of the things that are medically wrong with my foot: Tendonitis in the flexor hallucis longus (the tendon that runs from the bottom of your big toe all the way to your calf), plantar fasciitis (the ever-popular source of heel pain in the masses), and sesamoiditis (pain in the two little bones that float in the ball of your foot, just under your big toe). Let's just say I don't sit around because I like it.

      Aww :( Injure yourself again or is this the same one from way back when? Able to join us on our group bike rides (schedule permitting, of course)?

      Same one, sadly. I don't think I'm up for even bike rides for a while, sorry. Hopefully the latest round of therapy helps, but for now I'm kinda limpy.
