So after spending Saturday working out with Jen B. and this morning running with Melodie P. I have realized that I need to find more mediocre friends. These two amazing ladies go above and beyond and I'm really starting to get a complex from it. LOL Just kidding. I'm extremely blessed to have such kind, supportive friends helping me on my journey.
Today's run was decent. Had some walk breaks but counted those in my time. Really pushed my pace for the first 3 miles and the last mile but with all the walking the average still is ok for me. My plan says this is taper week but honestly when a plan says to run 7 miles and bike 50 miles I call bull**it. ;)
