Met up with my trusty running sidekick Melodie P. for what has become our weekly 6 miler ;) Felt pretty good. Had a couple pulls on the achilles that I stopped to stretch out but otherwise felt good. Time includes my walk uphills (which my PT & Mel have both advised me to do).
Had my last PT appt after this run. He said everything looks good and that he thinks I'm ready for my race. Oh and that he never wants to see me again to which I replied, "Ditto" LOL


I'm with you on not wanting to see the PT again, and glad you're doing so well!
