Recovery week 1500 yd

Supposed to be taking it easy this week with training. Didn't have a lot of time this morning so just went and swam 30 laps. Nothing too exciting. Headed on the bike soon.

    Nice swim. I can't imagine doing 30 laps. Well, without drowning or knocking myself out on a flip-turn.

    Ryan - I actually don't do flip turns when training for a tri b/c you won't do them in open water and your heart rate spikes when you do them.
