good Hills ride 75 km
Really great group again this morning and I felt much stronger than last time having to wait for others at the top and a much quicker pace all round

Wasn't putting too much effort into this ride so I'm happy with this ride. Was simply a way to get from home to the pool and back and get an extra swim in :)
