      So I see from my last post that it has been 5 months since my last workout! I actually did ride on the LLT once this summer right after I went to the PT, then I got scared b/c my back was still sore. But now I think I'm well.

      Our dogs crack me up. They're always dying to run with us, then when they do, they're done before we get a mile in. So, we're usually mean & just put them up before we go. We live out in the country, so they get to be outside a lot, anyway.

      I know, Jayne. I want to start taking them with me more often, but since I really haven't done it much, I'm nervous about overdoing it with them. I'll see how they are tomorrow. They'll probably be fine. We have a huge backyard that they can play in, so they aren't exactly sedentary.
