The breeze from Beryl has made this morning's run pleasant despite the 74 degree, high humidity weather. Decided to see how my ITs (yes IT plural) would handle 4+ miles. I continued my walk/run ratio but again nearly naked run with no watch but knowing my route/distance in order not to overdo it. Left IT was quiet, right IT began to tighten up around 2.5 miles but walking through it and walking the downhills (which really bothers it) helped.
Overall a good solid run, no real pain and lots of stretching when I got home to keep the muscles loose and happy. Now off to drink watermelon mimosas and eat some burgers!
