      All of my DNFs are in 100s. Don't worry about it. I understand how you feel but sometimes the 100s are too much on us physically and mentally

    Went for a break from the hills and legs were really tired when I started but then I got into a low 8 pace and it felt like a 9:30 pace. Effortless. YES
