    Less than a week before the duathlon and I finally got on my bike! It went a lot better than I was expecting and I like it more than I thought I would - win win!

    I love, love, LOVE these running trails in the park by my hotel. It is definitely one of the nicest places to run!!!

    Still feeling a little jet-lagged and legs felt tired, but our hotel is close to two parks with great running trails - can't beat that :)
