Did my first real walk since just after Thanksgiving. Felt pretty good overall - much less pain this time.

good Trail run in the Fells 10 mi
Spontaneous trail run in the Fells with the wife of a HTC friend - I had never met her before and she was fantastic! Great way to start my Saturday.
