First full run since calf tear....WOOHOO! Ok, so it is not a half, nor HTC, but it is what I can finally do again, and I am thrilled!


That's great Beth, glad to hear you are running again. So it was a tear? Yikes, that doesn't sound pleasant. You did the right thing by staying off of it. :)
