Warmup was sprints and various body weight exercises. WOD was "Jack":
* 10 Push Press (55# x2rounds, 50#x2 rounds, 45#x4 rounds, 36.5#x1 round)
* 10 boxjumps (shortest box for me)
* 10 KB swings (26#)
I got in just over 9 rounds. Shoulders were really feeling it so I had to keep decreasing the weight.
