Getting faster all the time. I know it was only a mile but it was 90+ degrees out there!! I looked down at one point and figured my gps was broken 'cause it said I was doing 9:15 and it didn't feel as hard as it should have (maybe I was on a gradual descent). Went on to have a great upper body workout that was heavy but didn't feel all that heavy. Feeling really strong this week!
