  1. RUN
good track run 3.25 mi 00:35 10:49 pace

Met the group (Heather, Christine, Sandy, Jean, and Rhonda) at the track. I felt stronger today! It may have something to do with the 8 year old cheerleader I brought at the beginning of the run.

  2. RUN
good track run 3 mi 00:38 12:35 pace

Ran with Tammy and we talked and talked and talked. This is what I missed most about not running this past month -- the free therapy.

  3. RUN
good track run 3.25 mi 00:40 12:11 pace

Christine was willing to run with me as we watched Heather and Sandy speed by. It was hot but it was awesome to be back out there!

    good Finally 2.1 mi 00:26 12:19 pace

Yesterday, I got cleared from the doctor to run so I met Tammy this morning. It felt good to be back out there but I can tell I lost a lot since the surgery. But I'm ready to work on runnin... read more

great run with Tammy 2 mi 00:22 11:09 pace

Remember Tammy?! We ran this morning at the track. Justo was out there running speed laps (and we were smart enough to stay out of the way). Perfect running weather this morning!

  13. RUN
good treadmill run 3 mi 00:29 09:41 pace

I was sore from falling yesterday. My husband declared that I was no spring chicken. So I ran fast to try to prove him wrong. At least I didn't fall. Moved on to a workout with weights.

You showed him didn't you! Nothing like a good incentive for a speedy run! Hope you're feeling better! All jokes aside I was sad to read about your fall! No one needs an injury to take you out of commission!!
