Just when I was thinking that maybe it's cuboid syndrome, not PF, because I don't have the classic presentation of morning foot pain, the stabbing pain in my arch this morning made me reconsider. Could it be the orthotics? Walking barefoot feels best. I will probably pay for this run tomorrow, but it didn't hurt to run, and the frozen water bottle feels great.
