3/4 Moon Stress Run 7 mi

Already tired of getting home in the dark. Needed a run really bad...great news was the moon was there to light the way down the bike path. Have been MIA with work duties overtaking any free time but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and hopefully a wee pot of gold for my time.

By wee pot of gold do you mean a big Guinness? Great mid-week distance.

It's always a bummer to have to wait for it, but stress runs are typically balla. It always feels good to take some of that aggression out on the pavement. Nice run Greg!

Work duties first, my friend - nice 7 miles though - I'm sure that makes coping with the work easier.

7 miles by moonlight? That will make running at night bearable. Nice.

Nice run, Greg! I really enjoy running in the moonlight. It's the only way to go in the summer as far as I'm concerned.
