First run back after last Saturday's 50k. My legs were a little stiff from the race and the time away but slowly worked into a rhythm they were familiar with and throw in a few early hills and I was happy again. Always great to run the route that I first started running on ages ago and remember all the great miles since. Hope everyone has a great weekend and best of luck to all my friends racing today and tomorrow!
