First run back after last Saturday's 50k. My legs were a little stiff from the race and the time away but slowly worked into a rhythm they were familiar with and throw in a few early hills and I was happy again. Always great to run the route that I first started running on ages ago and remember all the great miles since. Hope everyone has a great weekend and best of luck to all my friends racing today and tomorrow!

Welcome back, Bert! Way to throw in some hill work already. Were you able to drag Bruce out for the run?

Good call taking a week off! That's a nice distance for your first run since the race! How's the calf feeling?
