Feeling about 90%! Still not quite 24 hours symptom-free, though. So, I did another round of Dr. Oz's yoga. Slightly more athletic and less meditative than yesterday, but I was into it. I'm surprised at how creaky I am! Maybe I need to keep this up even after the flu is all the way gone. I'm getting antsy to log some miles. I laid out my commuter gear just in case I'm feeling stellar for work tonight. Got a new Pearl Izumi cycling jacket that I can't wait to break in!


I love yoga! If someone would have told me a year ago I'd be doing yoga I would have told them they were nuts. I love the stretch I get and the calmness of the workouts. So much else that I do is so intense that yoga is the calming effect in my life! Great going and try to keep it up once or twice a week when you are feeling better.
