    Headed out post-thunderstorm and had a great ride. Stayed with the fastest echelon group and was so proud of myself. My hamstrings definitely got a workout!

    A fun Friday night trail run with Steph and the pups! We kept a smooth and steady pace and loved taking the dogs around the trails and into the river. Happy to report my right leg felt good!
