Yes, I'm fairly sure my legs were more achy than yours! Was nice to get the legs moving... was actually 5-30 pace (I think...) and sooo glad I ran, would be all tight, nasty and grumpy if I didn't. Bonus part of having running buddies is if your car battery dies, they can drive you to buy a new one and change it. Awesome, thanks mate. :-)

Wishing I took it easier yesterday...

Actually was a pretty fast pace Benny..! Considering the previous few days. Or, even, ignoring the past days, I think that's faster than I normally do! Seems like you make me run faster than I normally do! Good stuff. Here's to leg, foot and calf recovery. :-)

Do you mean 5-26 min per km? If yes, that sounds about right but I was thinking it was / should ve about 6 min or 6-30 given all both our previous long runs, skipping etc. So, that was kinda maybe faster than it should have been! We are too speedy, which is nice, Of course.....downside is one of us might get injured.....never sure about if the recovery pace should be slower than long run pace......people, what do you experts think??

This morning i felt free - nothing can touch me when I'm in that space. Just me, the road and my thoughts. Thanks God for running and thanks for freedom!

I love that feeling, Ben!

Sounds awesome. Love that freedom. Going to attempt to borrow some shoes to get in a run this afternoon, to get that same freedom. And calorie burning. :-)

Ordering them from UK/US is often cheaper (that is, if your going for new ones this time). And try barefoot running...?

Doug who is your UK supplier of choice? And do you have a frequent buyer discount or member card thing? I'm sure we could get about 6 pairs per year.....between us!
