    Haven't been running recently and haven't used this in a very long time. Going to start logging again.

    First run in a long time. Went out pretty quick but had to walk ocasionally. Need to get back in routine.

      Pretty fast... shouldn't ever go out quick from cold, you'll injure something. Go out slow, warm up for 10 minutes minimum, then you can go for a dash. Build up gradually as well. It sounds boring but then you get SO fit it's fun again.

    Early morning run. Did it without stopping once! Usually I have to take a 30 sec break once or twice but ran through the entire run today. Good Feeling

    First run under 7min pace in a longgggg time. Short I know but felt good and swift today. Did some 100s after. Hit 12.6 for last one.

    tired Intervals 4.5 mi

    2 300s with 100 meter jog then 4 min break then 4 200s with 2min recovery. Went 45 48 / 28 29 30 29. Was really sick today so I'm glad to have survived and hit most the times.

    Did a 5 mile run then 3 150s with 250 jog back recovery. Went 21 21 21 and then did a cool down.

    alright Long Intervals 5 mi

    Still pretty sick so felt very meh. Did two 1200s (was suppose to do three). Hit 4:00, 4:02 with 3 min rest and then 3 200s at 27 28 28. Did cool down on the bike. Still very congested and sick.

    Wanted to go for a 45 min run but turned out to be a good bit longer. Felt alright. Really drained from first week of practice and spike in mileage

    great Long & Strides 8.5 mi

    Longer run about 7 miles at 7:05 pace with 5 150 strides (250 jogback). Felt pretty good but really exhausted from yesterday's workout

    First Workout 5 mi

    Did 3 800s with 2 min rest then 3 minute rest and 3 200s. Hit 2:29, 2:32, 2:36 / 28 29 27.06. The last 800 was rough wanted to do four but had to stop at three. Was completely wiped out.

    Did a pool workout and lifted earlier so pretty dead going into this run. Also about 14 degrees after windchill so cut it pretty short

      When I feel dead I don't go anywhere near that fast unless it's off a cliff.
