Nailed it! 2nd in my wave at the Zombie Race, Milton, ON! Waiting for the overall - 6 waves in total. Im hoping my 26ish minutes holds up well. Feels like swimming heats!

A little egg beater sped me up, but the majority was a kind of sprinters workout water running. It was tough. I bet I come out of this little rehab phase faster!
