      Yeah. I haven't used Kinvaras in awhile but I may pick up a pair for speedwork and tempos. I love the Mirages and Peregrines. May try the Virratas.

      @Martin...CIM in December. That's about it. I'm probably going to start adding in more speedwork (hills, maybe even the occasional track workout) but whatever I've been doing seems to be working.
