great MURPH- take 1 00:35

Did my first "Hero" WOD today, named after Lt. Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL medal of honor winner who died in Afghanistan and apparently this was his WOD. Its kind of ridiculous, as you might expect:
1 mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats
1 mile run
Took me 34:47.
This was also a compare your progress WOD. We're starting a 30 day nutritional challenge (strict paleo modified for athletes) and then will retest. Goooood stuff.
