Weighted pull ups today. Had never tried these, you tie a chain around your waist and hang some kettleballs and weight plates to em, then crank out a pull up. I ended up beastin one out with 100lbs strapped to me, which was friggin fun. Threw in some ring dips, ring rows, lateral jumps, rowing, and toes to bar, good start to the day.
