great Rainy progression 4 mi 00:27 06:46 pace

I prefer running sans shirt but don't care for running in the rain. Although, if I could kick out those kind of splits I'd reconsider my feeling about it. Damn fine run there, Doc!

Haha thanks guys. @Tracy CF is scalable for everyone- plenty of folks can't do a real pullup, so they can stand on a box and jump and pull, or use a band to assist them. I think some people hear about these ridiculous workouts and think they could never do CF, but that's not true. There are all levels of abilities in our gym, the key is just to push yourself to whatever your personal max is.

:( aww... poor you. My heart broke a little for you when I read that race report. I still giggle at the ape visual, and I'll remember it on Sunday too, I'm sure. It will give me both strength and a smile. We all get spanked from time to time but you've shown yourself and the world that you don't stay down for long. Wow, Ben! I'm being sentimental! Sheesh.

Can I join the rant? My kids only get gym a few days a week...and judging from their homework and general knowledge base, I am the one who is actually teaching them their lessons. I was helping my nine year old study for her division test when I came to realize that, despite spending the last month doing division in class, she had no idea how the concept works. How is that possible? Now my five year old is bringing home number cue cards for me to teach him all of his numbers and how to order them.
