      Ryan, I've been holding steady at 75-80 mpw, except for that one week where I hit 105. first get that mileage in every week. then, start adding in speedwork. 16x400, 16x200, and 20 minute tempo runs should be your bread and butter. If you can handle 3 speed sessions a week, that would be awesome. I also recommend the Heart Rate Monitor. It is an indispensable tool for the serious runner.
