    Took me where my shoes felt like going. Felt great, but dang it that steady 10:00 mile keeps eluding me. Ready for the Cap10K this Sunday - FINALLY going to crush a 2 year old goal!!

      And to add a level of cool to my run, I stumbled upon a huge field of bluebonnets and Indian paintbrush and ran about ten feet away from a black vulture. So awesome.

    absolutely horrible run. Slow times, had to stop and walk twice and felt like I was going to throw up after only two miles. Best thing I can say about it is I hit my goal distance and finished. Bleck.
