    The hills on the second half are super tough... My chest was hurting by the end, along with my legs! Great walk though! Hopefully as I walk more, I will be able to do more than one lap!

      I agree. I literally was feeling the burn. Ouch! Thanks for pushing me to run some of those hills. I just couldn't do it the last on. I was ready to collapse.

    Really good! Calves and legs were tired, and also found out my pink Nike's aren't really good for walking long distances.. side of my feet went numb. Happy I walked so far though! =)

      check how you have them laced....that may be part of the issue....couch 25K posted a link on facebook via about shoe pain and easy might want to see if your shoes/pain fit into the fixes they have listed
