      Great job Belinda. My advice on trainers is to go to a shop where they do a gait analysis and try lots of different styles until you find something that's perfect for you. 13.1 miles is a long way, something that might feel a little niggly or uncomfortable to begin with has the potential to become a major concern later in the race x
