    Outside run with a pit stop for some swings and slides. Ran with the jogger. Beautiful sunny day, smell of fresh cut grass, daffodils everywhere.

    Today is the unbirthday of my return to running. 2 miles in 25:30 walked a cooldown. Increase in thyroid Rx made a big difference. I win. Here I come!

    Pyramid Intervals- 1min walk/1min run. Intervals were increased in pace. At 15 min mark decreasing pace each run interval.

      I prefer running by heart rate rather than pace. I'm too old trying to kept a certain pace for 13.1 or 26.2 miles, I might DIE. But, if my ticker is staying right around 70-80% of max heart rate, I know I will SURVIVE!
