    Decent session. I also am now incorporating bodyweight squats, crunches, bridges and hamstring curls into my routine. Squats seem to be helping a lot!

      Sounds unusual but my suspicion would be it is originating in the hamstring and just pulling all through the kinetic chain. Have you prodded around the hamstring? If you find any spots, try digging in with and rolling around on a ball.

      Nothing tender Greg. I did prod around the glute area, just above the femar and that was tender. Not sure if its a cause though.
