    Super slow on the way out. I really felt like I was running faster than an 11:10 pace on the way out, but I guess not. The way back was much faster, though, at 8:46.

      So, apparently, it took me almost a minute to cross the timing mats after finishing my swim. I don't like how far away they put the mats from the pool, so I'm sticking with my time.
