      @Joe, I quit my job.. I was only getting half an hour lunch breaks and it was the only time I was able to eat! I'm back though :) :)

    It's very difficult to run in the gym I find, especially as I have nothing to look at! So I didn't go for very long, but instead decided to get in the pool and do some lengths :)
