    Really good long run. Should have been a recovery run and not so long. Took the group out for 10 and then went back out for 6 more.

    Took it easy and did 8x200's with 200 recovery walks. Fastest 200 was in 48 seconds, not bad after running a half 2 days ago :)

    This was a fun race. Lots of people were dressed up too. There were some really crowded spots, so a PR was not going to happen. So, we all decided to just have a fun time.

    Had MAJOR GI issues today and had to walk almost 2 miles back to the park. But I went back out and met the group. We were doing 20, so I think this is not bad for walking over 3 miles of it.
