Even though Sundays are technically my "off" days..I wanted to go to the gym! Soo..I did about 3 miles on the stairmaster..slow and steady while reading the fitness magazine. Then did a good bicep/tricep workout..1 easy mile on the elliptical and 10 minutes of core to finish. I love relaxing workouts!!!
