I was SUPPOSED to do my long run today but definitely slept right through my alarm. With the heat I figured I would just run a small amount today then wake up early tomorrow to run. This run wasn't my best..I seemed to be huffin' and puffin' for only God knows what reason. My shins...killed. I really need new shoes. I'm going to have to take tomorrow's run at a much slower pace!

    Change the shoes ASAP before an injury. Skip the yoga for now and spend the money on the shoes. THERE is NOTHING more important than good shoes. BTW.. GREAT pace.
