      I just started (went today and yesterday). My local studio has a deal for first timers (you should see if your local place has any first time deals). It's definitely intense but also amazing. I feel so good afterwards. I'd really recommend trying it!

      Change the shoes ASAP before an injury. Skip the yoga for now and spend the money on the shoes. THERE is NOTHING more important than good shoes. BTW.. GREAT pace.
