    Good run. Legs were still feeling it from Saturday's 10k race. Been terrible about posting mileage lately. Will work on that. :)

      Well, my secret is ... I go to bed early ... lol. Actually during the winter I lift weights in the morning and then run in the afternoons. Once it gets warm outside, I will switch then up and run in the morning. My favorite time of the day!

      My secret is... give it 2 weeks. By that time you are waking up without an alarm. I also set the "pace does not count rule" for my am runs. As long as I am moving, I am happy.
      I will check first thing in the morning to make sure you did it =)

      I know this might sound simple, but the key is to just get up and into a routine. Once you've seen that your run is all done for the the day it's great. Just gets better as summer draws near. Also as Michael said, going to bed early helps take away that excuse too.

    Even though I am sick and my lungs felt like they were made of lead, it was a good race! Felt great overall, kept my pace, and ran all hills like they were flat. :)
