Kind of like yesterday's workout, just not as intense.
Vertical Crunches:2x17
Resistance crunches:2x17
Mini Crunches: 2x60
SpiderPlanks w/ pushups: 50 reps completing the 6 pushup mark. My goal is to get to the 10 pushup mark by the end of next week!
Pushups: 4x50 Military style!
