    Took a look at my average cruising speed with Strava today and the improvement is huge!! My average speed has gone from 16.5mph to 17.2mph in just TWO WEEKS!! #FeelingProud

  19. I would like to inform everyone that I got a new PR on the bike!! 2.4 miles in 6:24. Average pace of 2:39 per mile and average speed of 22.5 mph!!! 4 second PR!!
