    Started off way too fast. Still had a nice time. Love running with this group. Wish it was two nights per week. That would really help with motivating me.

    Tried to do mile 2 @ 8:30 pace, but i could only get 1/2 mile. I was able to get the last 3/4 done between 8:30 and 8:00 pace. Felt good.

    Good run, but humid. These group runs are fun and very motivating. I am one of the slower ones, so it really pushes me on.

    Finally had the run I have been waiting for! All 4 miles were under 10 minutes and I really pushed it. I ran the first 2 miles on the beach and then Gulf Blvd on the way back. It was great.

    Wednesday run with the Indian Rocks Beach Running club. Stayed on the beach the whole run. Head wind was a killer...like running uphill for 2 miles.

      first 2 miles were both under 9:45, but the last 2 were both over 11! Don't know how strong the wind was, but it felt like 10-15mph. Whew!

    Not the time I wanted, but still happy. Rany with my wife and brother-in-law. Had a great time. It's always good when you can end the race with mimosas!

      Nice run Jim, i always feel pace is not as important as long as you enjoy the people you're running with and the recovery drink

    Ran with the Indian Rocks Beach Running Group. Had a blast running on the beach with the group. Had to leave the beach due to darkness so we finished along Gulf Blvd. Will definitely be there next ... read more

    Did not get out of breath, but my legs were so tired. Better though.
