    Beautiful Spring-like weather. Jogged a loop in the neighborhood while listening to Hawthorne's "The Artist of the Beautiful" short story.

    Wow! This is my best time in about a year on a 4+ mile run. I usually run hills, but this was mostly flat. Gives me a little ego boost today!

    My dear daughter talked me into it. Yoga in the heat (105 degrees=intense!) . But I survived. Thank goodness for the Savasana pose; I perform that one perfectly. ;)

    This run went smoothly. Much more so than I thought it would. Trying to hit 5 miles and went a bit over for 50+ miles for the month. Yay!

    Special Christmas run in the sun today, as I introduced my daughters to my favorite running trail. It was a lovely outing. We ran three miles together, then I followed up for another two.

      It is quite nice, Ruth. A little oasis in our suburb. The mule deer far outnumber the people--I counted 13 of them all grazing together in a high meadow--the deer, that is...:)
