Pulgas water temple and reflecting pond, which I passed on my run today. This is the terminus of the Hetch Hetchy aqueduct coming from the Yosemite Valley.

My dear daughter talked me into it. Yoga in the heat (105 degrees=intense!) . But I survived. Thank goodness for the Savasana pose; I perform that one perfectly. ;)

This run went smoothly. Much more so than I thought it would. Trying to hit 5 miles and went a bit over for 50+ miles for the month. Yay!

Thanks, Ruth. It was the same dirt trail I've been running lately, only it took a trip to a running store to discover from the sales guy the true name of the trail...Now I've bought one daughter new running shoes. Next will be a pair for my youngest (21) daughter.

Thank you, Ruth. I'm taking up where I left off in my half marathon training. It's bound to be a bit rough, seeing that I have just 6 1/2 weeks. I'm doubling up on my omega 3's. :)
