    Unbelieveable run. Never run this far before, but felt good all the way through. Tired at the end though.. Now i feel ready for the half-marathon im running in a month!

      Nei, skal løpe samme distansen for første gang selv i Birkebeinerløpet 18. september. Stort sett alle tips jeg har lest går ut på å ikke starte for hardt, hvilket sikkert kan være vanskelig nok å følge;-)
