    laced up my Nike Air max to give my legs an easy ride, enjoyed running in the light rain.
    middle 3 miles were 9:28, 9:16 & 8:56
    now back to work.

      oh I've had these for a while, hardly ever wear'em. Black & Red, boys say they look cool, I really don't care / stopped living to impress people w/ clothes a couple decades back. BUT for what they cost they should look very cool, lol

    tryed things out on the treadmill, everything feels fine. ice my calf / shins after. I think Iam back up and running (fingers crossed)

      I saw you with the one special sock on running. Hope it quits hurting. Have you ever tried kt tape? Ice should be your friend. :)
