    Was a super windy but fun day! So many people, wow. Fast first half and slow second half. Had to grind it out with a 5:00 final km to go sub 4, for the second time in TWO weeks. So relieved......

      Yes. And yes 90 x2 feet =180! Good idea on the iphone. I tried it like that and it burned out my calves because I was more on my toes/forefoot and not midfoot I guess. All good. I will figure it out one day!! Any big races this year for you?

    First decent run in many weeks, after bike crash. Pounded out a bunch of 5 min/km's. After swimming for an hour. Pretty happy.
