    Enjoyable loop of the newline, not done it in weeks or even months. Very happy with the pace as its 12seconds per mile below marathon pace

    Took it nice and handy for the day, just a long stretch of the legs. aimed for finish of 4.30 - 5hours.

    LSR for the week, it started off as a effort just to keep above 8:30min pace, but last 6miles were under 8min pace with a few miles at 7:40. Getting better and better!

    First run since the Thames path on the 2nd May, this run took alot of effort. My legs felt heavy and my lung capacity certainly wasn't right
