#FabAbFebruary day 11. 40 sit ups, 10 real push ups (the most yet!) & 35s front & each side planks & 35s bridge. Followed that with w4,d1 97 total girlie push ups. Then hit the roller for my calf. I think I'd have rather run my 6 miles in the snow & freezing temps.
