    Felt tired pre workout. Shoulders/arms still ached from 2 days ago and legs ached from yesterday's run.
    Did a few weights, upright bike, elliptical, treadmill walking.

      Thanks Bert. I'm hoping to start making more use of DM now, to log my gym sessions & DVD workouts too. I have appointments and lots of duties to do throughout February but I'm determined to fit in my exercise needs - even if it means getting up at 5.30am! My knees (touch wood!) seem to be feeling quite good now. I get the usual post run swellings etc but they seem to be improving from the ligament injuries in both knees. Fingers crossed!
