You were just down the road. Did you get up Bremhill? It's close to a 20% incline isn't it?!

Good for mainainance. You like the new study?

Bremhill is a bit further off, Jamie. A few good hills over that way. Menno, I like a lot things about my course but the study is not one of them :)

  3. RUN
great Birds Marsh 4.4 mi 00:38 08:43 pace

Great muddy run test-driving a review pair of zero-drop Walsh shoes. In spite of a narrow surface area, my concerns about the sole were unfounded. Very light and comfortable with incredible tractio... read more

  6. RUN
    great Slaughterford 9 01:21

Super wet, very muddy conditions for this extremely hilly course. I did this two years ago and wasn't sure it was the full 9 miles then. This year my Garmin watch decided its database was full... read more

  7. RUN
    great Morrisons loop 3.3 mi

Long exhausting day. This run certainly jazzed me back up nicely. Chilly out - clear, starry skies and 4C.

Fergus has a blue collar but I haven't dare try it on flashy mode in case he is mistaken for a police dog and we have to chase some naughty burglars,

Nice run Ape. Akai has an orange led-collar. The only problem is that when he steps into the water the lights go out and I have to unscrew and dry the apparatus :-(

Norman and Pix have LED reflective armbands as their collars. These are purely functional as visual markers as they (the dogs) never actually go on a leash. Benefits are that the 'collars' have extremely high visibility, are cheap, adjustable and the batteries last for years. Good to see you out Ape.

  11. RUN
great Kington Langley trails 7.05 mi 01:01 08:39 pace

Heavy going due to the high mud quotient. Stayed upright, which is a bonus.

  12. RUN
    great 2 Morrisons loops 5.95 mi 00:49 08:15 pace

Felt strong on this run. A double of this hill loop on a cold, clear night.

  13. RUN
great Morrisons loop 3.33 mi 00:30 09:02 pace

    Gentle run after school.

  14. RUN
great Any more? 8.07 mi 01:10 08:37 pace

First 2 miles in the rain, with Yogi. The rain stopped as man and dog waved one another farewell. Kept electing to take turns that prolonged the run but was sensible enough to be home after another... read more
